- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment
- If CariTrade is unable to deliver the agreed service
4. Non-Refundable Services

- Completed marketing campaigns or advertising spend
- Consultation fees and strategy sessions
- Car rental services once the booking period has begun
- Any customized or tailored services
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases:
- Work has started but not completed
- Client cancels mid-project
- Refund amount will be calculated based on work already completed
6. Car Rental Policy
For car rental services:
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Full refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
